Solar" Sampaio e Melo is an excellent manor house, situated in the historic center of the medieval village of Trancoso. It started as a house belonging to a Jewish family who lived in Trancoso, many years ago, and later transformed into a "Solar".


The Solar was recently restored into “Turismo de Habitação”, opening to guests a unique infrastructure in Trancoso.


The guests can enjoy the peaceful and comfort of several sitting rooms, and games room, as the outdoor pool, and garden.
