Partially renovated in 2024, the 7-storey beach hotel has 300 rooms. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned). In a total 7 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. 1. We currently understand the challenges being faced by partners due to the beach enhancement activities from Hampton to Rixos Bal al Bahar. We want to assure you all that we have learnt of NO beach enhancement activity planned, our beach remains completely open and undisturbed - we look forward to continue to host your guests at Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island.

2. With respect to the water pipeline work outside the hotel, we had a meeting with Marjan Island authorities yesterday and have received a confirmation that the work will conclude maximum by 5th of March 2025.

3. On the right of the hotel, we share the boundary with a site that is being developed - (a.) the noise at the moment is limited to large vehicles entering in and out of this site - which means that rooms facing this area will experience some noise entering their rooms while these vehicles move around, no noise from the construction activity has been reported. (b.) With respect to visual disturbance - hotel is receiving minimum complaints from guests, on a average 3-4 not necessarily complaints, but concerns on a weekly basis and we are trying our best to find solutions in these cases.
