The Mont Park is situated in Rincon de Loix area of Benidorm just 200m from the nearest bars, cafes, nightlife and shops. This hotel is set back from the steep road it is built on. It will not be suitable for people with walking difficulties because of the steep hill.

The nearest beach is located 200 meters from the hotel. The airport is situated 60Km from the hotel.

There are 7 floors with just 147 rooms in total (133 twins and 14 singles), each being comfortable and nicely furnished. Each room has a private bathroom with a bath and shower, telephone, satellite TV, individual air conditioning/heating, safety deposit box in the room (local charge) laundry service (local charge) and a balcony or terrace (except from the single ones). There are two lifts inside the hotel.

All meals are served in the buffet style restaurant, breakfast 08.30 – 10-00, lunch 12.30 – 14.30, and dinner is served 19.30 – 21.30.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, with sun terrace, sun loungers, seating, parasols, showers and toilets. The pool bar serves drinks in summer. Entertainment is outside, four times a week during the summer months and inside, at the lounge area twice a week during the winter. There is a friendly bar and TV lounge near the reception of the hotel.
