Some accommodation is located in the Annex buildings (reflective of 1/2 stars), which are a short walking distance to reception (roughly 400m away), the rooms are more back to basics but still has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (free of charge), bathroom, mini fridge, kettle, balcony or terrace. Some of them have cooking facilities.

Guests can dine at the hotel restaurant, which features a terrace, and enjoy drinks from the pool bar and snack bar. All meals for both the Superior Rooms and the Annex buildings Rooms are taken at the Island Beach Resort main building restaurant.
