Engimýri Lodge is a beautifully situated guesthouse lodge in the middle of Öxnadalur Valley, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, including lava. We are located within a 30-minute drive from Akureyri. The whole area is an excellent mountaineering country and the weather is as fine as you're likely to encounter anywhere in the Icelandic mountains. The Lodge consists of 8 bedrooms, a spacious restaurant, and a patio with an amazing view overlooking the valley. Engimýri is a cozy place to stay, no matter the season.
