The complex was built in 1999, completely renovated in 2004 and comprises a total of 78 apartments spread over 7 floors. Facilities at the complex include a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange facility. Lying in the tourist centre of Puerto de Santiago, this apartment complex is about 1 km from the town centre where there is an abundance of shopping and entertainment venues on offer to guests.

The nearest beach is about 200 m from the apartment hotel. Tenerife South Airport is approx 45km from the complex.

The tastefully decorated apartments come fitted with a combined living/bedroom, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette with fridge, a balcony/terrace, a direct dial telephone, a radio, individually controllable air conditioning, a safety deposit box and a satellite TV (both with an extra charge).

Guests may select their breakfast, lunch and evening meal from varied buffets.

A swimming pool is to be found in the outdoor complex as is a separate children’s pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols as well as a poolside snack bar with a partly roofed terrace and a separate nudist sun terrace.
