The apartment hotel is located in the Borik area of Zadar, away from busy streets and noise but still close to the centre. The beach is some 900 m from the residence and the bus station is around 5 km away. Zadar Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 15 km.
The house has private parking and a barbeque in the garden with a summer terrace. 4 apartments are on offer.
All apartments are tastefully furnished and fully equipped with a TV set and individually regulated air conditioning (for a fee), except one apartment that has a fan. All come with an en suite bathroom with a shower or a bathtub, and either 1 or 2 double beds. The kitchens in each apartment are fitted with a fridge and a cooker. Guests can enjoy their own private balcony or terrace.
Sun loungers and parasols may be hired on the nearby beach.
