Walt Disney World Resorts
The magic begins the moment you check-in and lasts until the day you checkout. Although this is the main reason many vacationers choose to stay at a Walt Disney World resort, there are also practical reasons for staying on property, for convenience as well as the easy access to Disney services. Other privileges include free use of WDW transportation. There are monorails, ferryboats, launches and motorcoach shuttles between all Disney areas, meaning you can forget about the car keys and parking hassles. You'll also receive additional benefits, guaranteed entry to the theme parks and water parks, advanced dining reservations, preferred tee times, free package delivery to your room, and extra magic hours to name a few.
Even though there are more than 25,000 on-property rooms available, plus 784 campsites, you should make your reservations well in advance, especially if you plan to visit during the summer months or a holiday time. Call 1-407-W-DISNEY (934-7639) to make reservations or ask for information on all Disney owned resorts.
As of January 15, 2002, Disney Reservations began accepting all major credit cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club) over the phone for deposit and/or payment on bookings, regardless of how far in advance the reservation is being booked. Please note, if you use this option your credit card will be charged immediately.
If you can't find the resort information you're looking for on our sitemap try asking on our Be Our Guest at a Disney Resort Discussion Forum. We have many seasoned veterans of Walt Disney World vacations that are regular visitors on our forums. We're sure any of them would be more than happy to help you out.
