Disney's Lost & Found

Believe it or not, WDW has a bigger Lost & Found Department than most small cities. You'd be amazed how many sets of sunglasses, ballcaps, umbrellas, ponchos, wallets, purses, keys, cameras, plush toys, pacifiers (and you can't do without that one) and even theme park tickets. The difference between Disney and most small cities is that Disney can and will make every effort to get your stuff back to you.

The parks have local lost and found spots and there is a central lost and found. If you lost your stuff today, go to Guest Services and fill out a lost and found form. If it was lost in open view, they might even be able to reunite junior with Figment right there and then. If it was lost in the depths of Space Mountain, it might not be recoverable until that night when the maintenance folks have the lights on and find Figment.

If something is located one day, it'll probably be transferred to central lost and found and be there the next day. If they can identify your item to you, they'll search you out in the hotel database.

If you lost something, call (407) 824-4321, press 0 to be connected to the switchboard operator and ask to be connected to Lost & Found. The operator will ask you where you lost your item and will transfer you to that specific park Lost & Found where they will have logged in the, hopefully, found item.

People can and do lose tons of stuff at WDW. Disney can and does get stuff back to you.
