SECURITY CHECK
Post 9-11 please be aware that all backpacks, purses, parcels, coolers etc. will be subject to mandatory searches by Disney security personnel.
BABY CHANGING/NURSING
Located near The Crystal Palace Restaurant on Main Street, U.S.A. Hosted by Nestlé Good Start. Baby stations provide accommodations for nursing mothers and changing tables. Disposable diapers may be purchased throughout the Magic Kingdom. They are usually located behind the counter, so please ask.
BABY STROLLERS
Rentals and replacements available near Main Entrance.
BANKING
ATM's are located near Main Entrance, Frontierland Shootin' Arcade, and Tomorrowland Arcade. Presented by Chase.
CREDIT CARDS
Traveler's checks, cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and The Disney Visa Card are also accepted.
FIRST AID
Located near The Crystal Palace Restaurant on Main Street, U.S.A.
GUEST RELATIONS/CITY HALL
Located at City Hall, is headquarters for services for international Guests, ticket upgrades, dining assistance, separated Guest assistance, Sign Language information and additional services for Guests with Disabilities. Visit here for all Magic Kingdom information including guidemaps, time guides, character greeting times and info, and entertainment schedules. You may also make arrangements for all your Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs) at the various Magic Kingdom restaurants. City Hall will also handle any questions regarding park tickets and Disney Dollars can also be purchased here.
TIP BOARD
Located at the end of Main Street U.S.A. on the left opposite Casey's Corner. Provides attraction information including wait times and rehab closures.
KENNELS
With the exception of service dogs for Guests with disabilities, pets are not permitted in the Theme Parks or Disney Resort hotels, or on the Disney Resort hotel or Theme Park buses. Pets may, however, stay in one of the air-conditioned kennels, which are members of the American Boarding Kennel Association.
LOCKERS
Located near Transportation and Ticket Center and Main Entrance. Oversized items can be checked at Station Break desk.
CAMERA CENTER IN TOWN SQUARE
There is no longer a dedicted camera/film shop in the MK. You can purchase items for all your picture taking needs (film, batteries, etc.) in Exposition Hall or the Emporium Store.
LOST & FOUND
Located at City Hall near Main Entrance. If you wish to inquire about a lost item after returning from your vacation please call: 407-824-4245.
PACKAGE PICK-UP
Located in the Town Square Exposition Hall. Purchases delivered here may be picked up as you exit the Park or delivered to your Walt Disney World® Resort. Ask about shipping purchases. FedEx® is the official express delivery service of the Walt Disney World® Resort.
PARENT/GUARDIAN SWITCH
Guests with young children may take turns experiencing attractions. See a Cast Member for additional information.
READMISSION POLICY
If you leave the park and plan to return the same day, you must get your hand stamped when you exit. To re-enter the park, you must present your valid ticket or Resort ID as well as your handstamp. In practice this policy is not enforced and, as long as you have the required ticket media, you can enter a subsequent park as long as your ticket is not a one-park ticket.
SMOKING
For the comfort of all park Guests, smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Please look for the smoking symbol for specific smoking locations.
TRAVEL TIPS
The AAA Travel and Touring Service Center, located on Main Street, U.S.A., provides AAA services, including hotel reservations. Complimentary towing is provided during Park hours.
WHEELCHAIRS
Rentals are available near the Main Entrance. For additional information, please request the Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities at Guest Relations.
