DDE/TIW -- What's that?

This is an abbreviated description of Tables in Wonderland. For more detailed information, click here.

The DDE was the Disney Dining Experience. It is now known as Tables In Wonderland (TIW) because, as we all know, if the same three letters get used for too long, they get worn out and have to be replaced.

This can be used at a large number of restaurants and watering holes on WDW property. A published list is available from the TIW staff. They can be contacted at (407) WDW-DINE.

This new TIW offering is only available to either Florida residents or Annual Pass holders. It allows the diner to get 20% off the bill. In effect, assuming you are a 20% tipper, you get your tip for free. It's also a very handy tool to calculate your tip of course.

The cost? If you are a Florida resident (not a passholder) your cost is $100. If you are either a Seasonal Passholder (that's a Florida Resident with an almost-annual pass) or an Annual Pass holder (or better), your cost is $75. If you want or need a spouse card, that cost is $50.
