Atmosphere:	This restaurant offers beef, poultry, fresh fish and game and derivatives thereof. And then the superlatives start. This restaurant is what you see when you imagine the swankiest place in the very best hotels. There is even a chef's table inside the kitchen where the chef will prepare your meal personally. This restaurant has been awarded the AAA 4-diamond award.
Writer's Thoughts:	We have so far only managed to visit this restaurant once. It is expensive but, considering the ambience, the service (from your own personal Victoria & Albert) and the superb food, this is the place to dine if you want to make a statement. Honeymoon? Anniversary? This is the place to take your other half. Major brownie points to be scored here, gentlemen.
