Serves:	Lunch -- 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Dinner -- 5:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m.
Atmosphere:	You could literally be transported to Paris and walk in the door to Chefs de France and it would not be out of place. Everything about the décor and the feel of the restaurant seems just right. Every one of the servers speaks very good English indeed and a few of them are even multi-lingual. The food is at the very top of the tree here. The wine selection of course does not disappoint. The servers can and will assist you with a complementary wine (that's a wine that pairs well with the food you have selected).
Writer's Thoughts:	French food does not make you lithe and slender. Good food gets made with ingredients that have fat in them. That's why it tastes so good. As long as you understand that premise you will be OK. French food is very, very good and can be quite rich at times. This is definitely a "special occasion" place to go and eat. Even though it is not on the menu, let your server know that you'd like to have crème brulee for dessert. They'll have to order it from upstairs (Bistro de Paris) but they'll always get it for you if it's available.
