Serves:	Breakfast -- 7:00 to 11:30 a.m. Dinner -- 5:00 to 10:00 p.m.
Atmosphere:	Although a largely rustic environment of a boatyard construction site constitutes the décor, the "dressed-down" atmosphere disguises the quality here. The menu is quite limited but there is nothing on the menu that does not speak quality when it is served.
Writer's Thoughts:	One of our favorite "undercover" restaurants in all of Disney. This is one of the best-kept secrets for steakhouse category restaurants. The restaurant can be a tad noisy because this is the only sit-down restaurant for both POR and POFQ and does get a lot of family traffic. That said, if you can eat after 8:00 p.m., you will have a pleasant, relaxed meal with impeccable service and your pocket-book will appreciate the rest if only for a couple of hours.
