Atmosphere:	Beautiful, high-ceilinged dining room with large murals of the Pacific Northwest. If seated by a window you have a view of the hotel's waterfall or Bay Lake. The décor of the dining room will keep you mesmerized until your food arrives. This restaurant would definitely fall under the description of casual dining.
Writer's Thoughts:	I have only eaten dinner here. This restaurant is an absolute pleasure to eat in. The décor coupled with the high-quality and varied menu will definitely have you talking for weeks afterward. There is an excellent choice of foods and wines. You will also find such rarities as elk and buffalo on the menu. The salmon and tuna are wonderful, the steak and prime rib are also highly recommended as is the duck. The service here is excellent with the speed of service especially appropriate. You are never kept waiting but you never feel hurried.
